How much is the cost for shipping?
All of our mattresses ship for free within the contiguous United States.
Where will my mattress ship from?
We craft our mattresses in Conover, North Carolina and ship direct from there.
How close will my mattress be to the dimensions I ordered?
With foam mattresses there can be up to a 1/4 inch difference, smaller or larger.
Coil mattresses can be up to a 1 inch difference, smaller or larger.
Does compressing the mattress hurt it in any way?
Not at all. Compressing the mattress doesn't change the way it feels, and doesn't change the integrity of the mattress.
Do you compress all of your mattresses for shipping?
Yes we do.
How long have you been shipping mattresses in a box?
Since 2008. Prior to that, we shipped them all by tractor trailer.
How long does it take for the mattress to expand?
Once you take your mattress out of the box, it will expand and be ready to sleep on in minutes.
