Cancellation and returns are subject to specific terms based on the type of mattress purchased. For standard size mattresses, cancellations made after shipping but prior to delivery will incur round-trip shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

It's essential to note that custom size mattresses, toppers, and bedding are non-cancelable and non-returnable once they have been crafted. At CustomMattress.com, if your custom order is manufactured in an incorrect size, we undertake to replace it with the correct size, free of charge. However, please ensure accurate measurements at the time of order placement. Any discrepancies in sheets or mattress sizing due to incorrect measurements provided will not be eligible for a free replacement.
